Terms of Service

You may use VidMello only with photos you own or have permission to use. Do not submit unlawful, exploitative, deceptive, or rights-infringing material, including impersonation intended to harm another person.

VidMello creates videos using the selected template and its displayed inputs and production settings. Results can vary and may fail; when a generation fails before delivery, reserved Credits are returned automatically. You remain responsible for reviewing output before sharing it.

Credits are purchased as one-time packs and do not auto-renew. Each requested video reserves the Credit cost displayed by its template before submission. Purchased Credits do not expire. VidMello is independent and has no affiliation with hotels, artists, music catalogs, social platforms, or other third-party brands. We do not provide commercial music rights.

The service is provided as available. To the extent allowed by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected purchase. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or threaten service security.
